Panel Flange Design: Internal dimensions measured to the bottom of the panel flange for accurate equipment fit.

Minimum line thickness for artwork is 0.01in

GUIDELINES

A vector based artwork file (preferably in Adobe Illustrator) scaled 1:1
A pantone number for each color used is required for all printing unless using standard black and white
If using a specific font, to preserve its appearance, convert text to outline or "expand" before sending Illustrator file
Lead time for printing orders: 48 hours for 1000 pieces or less
No minimum quantities are required; however, a set-up fee will be applied

MACHINING

Machine a wide range of openings
Recess any surface (for labels or membrane switches)
Endless geometric options
Machine internal features: removal or shortening of circuit board bosses or card guides

MACHINING GUIDELINES

Dimension all geometry from the center line
Allow a 0.03" (0.8mm) radius for all inside-modified corners (additional charges will apply for a smaller radius)
Machined recesses can't be more than 80% of an enclosure's wall thickness

An Illustration with dimensions is required to set up machining
Lead time for machining orders: 48 hours for 1000 pieces or less
No minimum quantities are required; however, a set-up fee will be applied

DEPENDING ON THE QUANTITY OF ORDERS & RECESSES MOLDING MAY BE THE BETTER OPTION

MOLDING

Most enclosures have custom moldable areas (I-Plates)
We can mold custom features, characters, symbols, openings, raised areas, and recesses in the I-Plate areas
I-Plate areas are noted by clicking on the "User Prints" icon on each of our product pages
I-Plates can be textured and non-textured. Textured I-Plates feel and blend with the rest of the enclosure. Non-textured I-Plates are smooth for labels or membrane switches.
I-Plates have a one time tooling charge and are owned by the customer
Some enclosures internal circuit board mounts can be lengthened or shortened
